Rosie was our real estate agent when we bought our house in 2007 and Rosie also sold the same house for us 10 years later. I met Rosie at the gym when I heard her talking to someone else about real estate and that is how we initially hired her to help us find a house. The fact that she earned our repeat business to sell our house speaks to the quality of service she provided us, her knowledge of the process and the area, and her responsiveness to email. Within 3 days of putting our house on the market, we accepted an offer for higher than our asking price, and settlement occurred 1 month later.

Rosie knows the Pasadena area and that market inside and out, and she knows the typical buyer/seller in that area. This was key to us as we live out of state and were selling a rental property, and wanted to sell it fast with as little pain as possible. She did a great job negotiating with the buyers on our behalf, saving us thousands of dollars during the inspection and during the termite inspection. When I didn't believe the report the buyers provided us saying there was termite damage, she went out and got another opinion (I was right, there was no termite damage) and negotiated a low fee for the carpenter bee repairs that needed to be made. She also referred us to a fantastic handyman that we used for repairs on our house. Not living in the area and having knowledge of which local businesses to trust, this advice and referral was absolutely critical to getting our house on the market quickly without any snags. She spent several hours with the appraiser and provided comps to them, which allowed our house to appraise for the sales price (which was higher than our asking price). She also saved us extensive work and money when advising us what items to repair/upgrade and which items to leave, ultimately allowing us to price our house at a point that was desirable to a lot of buyers. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Rosie and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Rosie was really great! The first showing on our house, the man wanted to buy it so that was very quick, which we weren't expecting. So that was nice. She took us around to see several houses until we found one that we love. There was an issue and a possibility that we may not have been able to purchase the house we wanted, but she worked very hard to work it out somehow to get it for us and we are so happy! It is pretty much perfect for us and what we were looking for. I contracted Rosie as my selling agent and she also assisted me in communication with my contractor who built my new home. This wasn't my first experience of needing a realtor, but it was night and day from my previous experiences. Rosie earned her money! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed from the first time I met her, as I was with every contact thereafter. Rosie means business, and she comes prepared and motivated.

My situation, we owned a home and were looking to build a new one. However, with the home we wanted to buy, the contractor was unwilling to do a contingent contract because we wanted to customize with upgrades. So, we took a leap of faith so they could break ground and signed a non-contingent contract without our current home even being on the market yet. Talk about stress and pressure...but Rosie took care of all that stress. We are still very, very thankful for her services! We put our home on the market, and in about two weeks we were under contract with basically our full asking price. Major stress relief, home was SOLD!! Now we had another issue on hand...our house sold too fast and our new home, under construction, wasn't ready for move in; it was actually about 8 weeks away from being ready. Not to worry though, because Rosie negotiated a deal with the buyer to do a rent back of our home we just sold until our new home was ready.
